My mother is very nervous using her computer for online shopping, but this has become a necessity during lockdown. I showed her how to register on a supermarket's website and how to submit her order and she now regularly uses this to purchase her groceries online. I also helped her when there was a bug on the supermarket's website that meant he had difficulty submitting her order. In addition I assisted her in registering with Netflix so that she can watch a wider selection of programmes as her social life is currently on pause.

My pledge:

Is to continue to support my mother and give her confidence to use her computer for more online shopping. I will also teach how to fix common connection problems.
