Whilst my mum has some basic digital skills, anything beyond email or zoom causes her to regularly give up in frustration. I have helped her set up an excel to monitor finances for an organisation for which she is treasurer but I think she still isn't confident with it. I'd like to spend a bit of time with her helping her get to grips with basics of saving a file (without being worried about losing it) changing passwords to ensure security etc.

My pledge:

To spend an hour or two helping my mum build her digital confidence.
